Chief Technology Office / CTO - Hands on
Fin-tech Scale up
C# .Net SQL Azure
£150,000 + 3% Equity share + pension
Must have proven business scale up history ideally growing small teams to large success Development teams.

Harrington Starr are partnered with a growing Fin-Tech based in South west London who are looking to scale up their operations therefore they are looking for a hand on CTO to join the team. The team have just recieved funding from a large fin-tech who has put targets in place for a 3-5 year exit plan where your equity share will come to value.

Your day to day role will involve:
- Hands on Development
- Defining strategy and Architecture & Infrastructure
- working with development teams to get the best outcome
- Code reviews
- Meeting with clients and senior management to define the product and what it needs to be able to do
- Managing clients expectations
- Growing the team
- Helping the business achieve it growth targets

- C#
- .Net/ .NetCore
- Azure (full suite of technology with a focus toward data)
- Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, Azure Datalake
- SQL Database
- JavaScript (react/ Angular)
- Data Science

The role will be a demanding role on a daily basis to help the business achieve its stretch targets, therefore we are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join the team who has past experience helping a start up business scale up from both a technology and team size stand point.
