CRM Support Engineer

Harrington Starr are looking to hire a CRM Support Engineer who can work 4 to 5 days per week from offices next to London Bridge or Cannon St station

Advantageous:

  • Provide Tier 2 support; on escalated cases where a deeper technical knowledge is required (consultancy and/or development)
  • Provide support on internal systems and hardware
  • Client site visits
  • Act as a bridge between CRM and Website issues

 

Requirements

Microsoft Dynamics CRM /365 (CRM versions: 2011/2013/2015/2016/365)

  • Software Support and Administration
  • System configuration and customization
  • User training and guidance
  • Server administration and maintenance (On-premise) and Tenancy management (CRM Online)
