Salary – up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits

An exciting FinTech organisation are seeking a Creative Designer to join their growing London based team. The leading organisation are offering a rare opportunity to work through discovery to final design on a range of business critical projects. The team focus on solutions, so the importance of managing projects and meeting deadlines is crucial in this awesome environment.  The expanding I.T team offer a fantastic platform to grow internally, with key management support as well as in-house training to develop your technical knowledge and skills.

The successful candidate for the Creative Designer (Photoshop, CMS, Agile, jQuery, Bootstrap, Umbraco, Web) will be involved with a number of key tasks and responsibilities, varying from rapid prototyping to lead discovery with ideation sessions. You will have extensive design experience in an agency or in-house design studio and be looking to join a small team in a large organisation.

 Key Requirements for the Creative Designer (Agile, Photoshop, Bootstrap, Design, Web):

  • Strong Web Design experience - Essential
  • Be able to demonstrate works from an updated Portfolio – Essential
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices
  • 3+ years commercial experience of web design.
  • Creative, innovative and self-sufficient individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

This exciting Creative Designer role is crucial to the company’s growth and offers the opportunity to grow internally and be a part of a dynamic business moving forwards. The exploitation available will put you in a position to demonstrate a high level of communication with internal business users and be a part of an exciting growing team.

You will be working in a small team, bouncing ideas off other designers and work closely with the Front End team to complete exciting projects where you will be able to see the whole process.
