Business Analyst - Costs & Organization - Contract - London (Hybrid) - £250-£300 per day (Inside)

THE JOB:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clients headcount/organisation within the HR System Workday (Organisations & Hierarchies, Job Framework, Position management, Security), and associated governance.

DAY-TO-DAY

• management of headcount, and prevention budgets being exceeded
• Supporting the management of the UK job framework, including requesting and configuring new job profiles
• Providing technical guidance in relation to position management, administration of hierarchies, staffing models, role catalogue and headcount planning.
• Identifying assessing, managing and reporting risks, taking action in order to remediate or escalate potential issues

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with large data sets, using excel to produce MI and analysis for different areas
• Previous experience working in an HR function
• Financial services experience is ideal
