Continuous Improvement Lead
I am working with a leading firm within financial services who are searching for a Six Sigma Black Belt Continuous improvement lead. You will be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and understand what ‘best in class’ looks like, having successfully driven lean / continuous improvement projects in any demanding sector.

The chosen candidate will need to be an excellent networker and have an ability to grow internal relationships. Alongside this you will be a pro-active individual where you will have great autonomy within the role.

Within the role:

  • Establish OpEx goals and objectives in alignment with overall strategy
  • Partner with and influence senior business leaders to drive strategic and operational change
  • Design and develop a plan how goals, objectives and targets will be met.
  • Identify, prioritise and execute improvement opportunities
  • Influences a culture of OpEx with leadership and associates
  • Collaborate with improvement leads across the organisation

Requirements for the role:

  • Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OpEx principles and best practice
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience providing strategic thought leadership and driving innovation and change
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project management
