Harrington Starr are proud to be partnered alongside a leading bank as they seek to add an experienced messaging and connectivity engineer to their Kubernetes based inhouse messaging platform. 

This position will appeal to Senior engineers that have ample experience in FIX connectivity, FIX protocol, and have an understanding of how FIX engines work. 

The Role

• Building and maintaining high throughput, low latency Java applications

• Regularly implement performance enhancements

• Full automated testing as part of the SDLC

• Work with containers, Docker and Kubernetes

• Have a good understanding of TCP/IP and IP networks

• 1st Stage – 30 minute initial screening call
