I am working with a fintech start-up in the Trading space who are searching for a Compliance Officer to join the team.
The firm are an exciting start-up with plans for expansion, they have a mature product and require a Compliance Officer to join the team and report into the Head of Compliance. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to progress into the Head of Compliance in future.
The chosen candidate will work with leading financial institutions to become authorised and to comply with the rules and requirements of regulators on an ongoing basis.
Ideally the chosen candidate will have a knowledge of Financial Trading and have played a part in Mifid 2 within another firm.

Requirements for the role:
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations such as MiFID II and EMIR;
- Previous experience within a Financial Trading firm
- Ability to wear different hats
- Excellent communication skills with Client focus
- Excellent understanding of financial services
- Strong understanding of current UK regulation
