A leading financial services start-up based in the City of London is currently looking to hire a talented Client Support / Technical Support Engineer to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral part is the growth of the Client Support Team.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include: providing technical support over the phone and on-site, recommending enhancements to the product development team, responsible for developing procedures and protocol to ensure exceptional customer service and ensuring adequate coverage for a 24 x 7 support function.
