Client Support Analyst – FinTech company, NYC, junior or entry-level, up to $60,000 base salary
Harrington Starr has partnered with a small but well-established niche Market Data provider for financial trading firms in a search for a junior or entry-level Client Support Analyst to work with their clients across North America. The Client Support Analyst will work closely with clients to support and help resolve any issues they encounter while using the company’s product.
Candidates should have excellent communications skills, some basic experience in client support within a finance or technology setting, ability to interact with clients via email and phone, a basic understanding of software and data systems, ideally database technology, and some exposure to SQL.
