Senior Client Support Analyst, Investment Analytics Company, Boston (Remote during COVID), up to $90,000 base

Harrington Starr’s client, a small but steadily growing investment analytics company, is hiring for a Senior Client Support Analyst to be based in their Boston office, although this role will be remote for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 3-5 years of experience and a mixture of client services and financial services background, who is adept at using technology. The company provides specialized analytics to investment managers and this role is responsible for helping clients on a day-to-day basis from analysts to CIOs as they use the technology, whether it is providing training and resolving any operational issues, helping them understand the analysis on their portfolios, or coordinating with development teams to resolve technical issues as needed.

This company is small but growing quite steadily with long-term opportunity to move into related areas like research and product management.

Successful candidates may come from client services and operations roles across the financial services industry including custodians, vendors, consultancies, and analytics providers, as well as investment management firms.
