Client Support Analyst (12 Month FTC)

One of the World’s largest exchanges is looking to hire a talented Client Support Analyst to join their team based in London for a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to further develop their skills within finance within a highly reputable organisation.

In this role as Client Support Analyst you will be responsible for managing technical incidents and requests for all clients across the range of markets, including equities and derivatives markets. You will be tasked with managing technical incidents and requests for both internal and external customers, including network and application troubleshooting. Over time you will increase your FIX knowledge and develop specialist knowledge within the team.

In order to be considered for the role of Client Support Analyst the following skills will be required;

  • 2 years + customer facing support skills
  • Linux experience
  • SQL skills
  • Good scripting
