Client Support Analyst 

A leading Financial Institution based in the City are looking for a Client Support Analyst to join their support team. You will be providing support for Payment Solutions and will be fully trained from a technical and functional perspective.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues for their financial services clients across all aspect of payments
  • Work closely with other teams to make sure all issues are resolved in an effective manner
  • Troubleshoot issues according to agreed SLA's

Qualifications required:

  • Computer Science/Business/Math/Investment Banking/Finance Degree - 2.1 Minimum
  • Genuine interest in finance
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Direct client facing experience
