Client Support Analyst

A leading financial software vendor that provides Risk Management and Trade Surveillance tools are looking for a Client Support Analyst to join their London based team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international company during a recent growth spurt and progress your way through the business. 

As the Client Support Analyst:

  • Provide application support to clients globally
  • Work closely with development teams to determine root cause and provide solutions
  • Provide pre-sales - preparing presentations, attending customer meetings etc.
  • Respond to all queries within the agrees SLA's

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience with Front and Middle office 
  • Strong EMS/OMS with FIX knowledge  
  • Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft operating systems
  • Experience with a large RDBMS, preferably SQL Sever
  • Knowledge of the financial markets
  • Extensive customer service experience
