A rapidly growing provider of front to back trading and risk solutions is looking to add an experienced salesperson to their team in New York. Our client has developed an award-winning SaaS platform that combines multi-asset class, out of the box capabilities with development tools so that customers can customize the solutions to their specific needs.

The company was founded by industry veterans responsible for some of the most respected and successful trading and risk systems in the industry and they were built the platform to include all of the best components along with the most modern technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Sales team to foster and advance key prospective client relationships, including assistance with pre-sales meetings where appropriate
  • Partnering with the Development and Project Management teams to provide technical expertise
  • Origination of solutions that will help clients make the most of their investment in the platform
  • Supporting growth by improving the business' ability to onboard new clients and to support more clients from developing re-usable internal tools, to improving documentation and resources available to clients, and creating training materials.
  • Assessment and enhancement of clients’ satisfaction with the aim of retaining clients and deepening commercial relationships with them

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Financial Technology in a client facing solutions role
  • Technical skills such as SQL, Python, and C++
  • Deep understanding of capital markets and the roles of the buy and sell-side
  • Demonstrable asset class knowledge, presentation ability and contributions to project success
  • Ability to work cross team in a startup, high speed environment with the ability to create structure out of chaos
  • Able to work collaboratively and creatively to unify teams towards the same goals
