My client is a leading provider of Regulatory Technology (RegTech) to financial services, they specifically supply Best Execution / Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) software to predominantly the Buy Side – Asset Managers and Hedge Funds, although they do have some Sell Side clients.

My client is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Client Services Manager (Technical Account Management) to work with their top tier clients assisting with technical (SQL) and business focused issues (TCA, Mifid2, Best Execution) and requirements. As part of this role you will assist with post sales activities and the on-boarding process of clients.

Key requirement:

  • Strong client facing experience in a Support, TAM or Client Services role
  • Good technical skills with the ability to write SQL Queries, Joins (inner & outer), Stored Procedures
  • Excellent Asset class experience across Equities or Fixed Income
  • Exposure to the regulatory landscape within financial services – MAR2, PRIIPS or Mifid2
