Client Services Analyst

A leading financial software provider currently seeks a Client Services Analyst to join their team ASAP to help provide clients with support on software products and internal applications. The role will require the successful candidate to support clients externally as well as well as work with internal teams to ensure that the support function runs as smooth as possible.

You will join a motivated and highly specialised team that sells data and services to investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds and fund administrators. This includes; reference data, corporate actions, real-time data, pricing data, hedge fund pricing, fund pricing and more.

Typical responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Dealing with incoming queries as appropriate in a timely manner
  • Working with other areas of the business to ensure all support is given to clients
  • Working on projects as the business dictates as well as BAU support work
  • Ensuring documentation is up to date

In order to be considered for the role of the Client Services Analyst the following is important:

  • Degree level education in a Computing subject or similar, or relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Financial markets knowledge with a demonstrable desire to learn
  • Knowledge of asset classes such as Fixed Income, Future & Options, Equities, Derivatives etc
