Client Services Analyst
A market leading financial analytics company which is looking to revolutionise the way asset managers work are looking for a Client Services Analyst. This is a great chance for a Client Services Analyst with excellent communication skills to join a company where you will be able to interact directly with major hedge funds and prime brokers, gaining great exposure to the financial services industry.
In this role as Client Services Analyst you will be managing the on boarding process and providing support for hedge funds clients and owning and routing client issues. You will be assisting clients in understanding the company’s products and training them on new technology and reporting. It will be your responsibility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and seek to enhance process, including automating where possible and driving towards an exceptions based approach.
In order to be considered for the role of Client Services Analyst the following will be required;
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject e.g Maths, Finance etc
- 1-3 years relevant Client Services Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Excel
- Commercial SQL Experience
