Client Services Analyst – London/Hybrid – Financial interest, Excel knowledge, VBA, User-facing skills - £35,000 + benefits/perks

A highly specialised FinTech company who specialise in the design and development of software in the asset management industry are looking to make a crucial hire in their Client Services team.

They are seeking a candidate who has clear interest in finance and someone who is willing to take full ownership of maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your client
  • Provide elite quality support to clients, creating fund factsheets in Excel
  • Gain exposure through managing client subscriptions and renewal
  • Provide web based training to users on the client side, explain how to navigate software and interpret models

Requirements:

  • BSc in Finance or Economics is preferable
  • Technology: intermediate to strong Excel skills
  • An interest in technology and knack to simplify processes
  • Strong on the phone and able to explain concepts easily
