One of the leaders in the global brokerage space who specialise in trading all major asset classes are seeking a C# Developer. They have been expanding on their commodity brokerage activity and are rewriting some of their messaging systems and building Greenfield integration projects using the latest technologies to streamline processing flows across back, middle and front-office systems.

This opportunity will require you to design, develop and implement software solutions spanning across the full stack from front-end applications, messaging middleware to back-end services and databases. You will need to have good experience in integration development and working on middleware technologies with message brokerage systems like RabbitMQ, MSMQ or NServiceBus. You will need to have strong experience with SQL Server, using T-SQL and the ability to work with C# across the full stack. Ideally you will come from the financial sector, but if not will have a passion for getting into the financial sector.

Key requirements within this role are as follows:

  • Solid .NET development skills – Required
  • Exceptional SQL skills (Development not DBA) – Required
  • An understanding of the financial markets – Desirable
  • Previously worked on Greenfield projects – Required
  • Commercial experience with SOLID principles and TDD methodology – Required
