A leading fixed-income derivatives trading service provider is seeking a C# .Net Developer to join their front office team to help build out a Greenfield platform which is changing the way people manage their derivatives trading portfolios.

This role will involve you working within a tight-knit team focussing on server-side development and will work closely with the quant team in building client facing trading applications. You will need to have strong multi-threading skills, experience with REST, SOAP and WCF services for building highly transactional systems. This is a front-office role, which will see you work closely with the business in a dynamic environment. Ideally you will have some experience with Python as some prototype systems have been built in this and will need migrating to C#.

Key requirements for this role are as follows:

  • At least 3 years development experience with C# .Net - Required
  • Strong server-side development experience with WCF services - Required
  • An understanding of the financial markets - Advantageous
  • Experience with Python - Advantageous
  • Seeking a role within a front-office position - Required
  • At least a 2:1 or above in Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics related degree - Required
