Job description:

Our client is a hugely ambitious B2B SaaS Video Platform company, that has just completed their next round of investments and are doubling their current sales team. They are innovating the recruitment, HR and staffing industries from a global scale and personalising every recruitment process. 

The Role:

Due to dynamic growth and further investment into the business, they are now looking for a Business Development Managers to join the team and help continue growing the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute sales plans according to monthly milestones and ACV targets
  • Develop new client opportunities
  • Utilise Social Media, Networking and other sales methods to build relationships
  • Qualify opportunities thoroughly
  • Use Salesforce to report and analyse all activity
  • Communicate and negotiate both internally and externally
  • Build deep and consultative relationships with your client base

 

Requirements:

  • Successful sales career background within the SaaS sector / Recruitment sector
  • Experience of the recruitment, staffing or HR Tech sector advantageous
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and team work skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and an ability to implement it
