The company

A fintech start-up that is using SaaS technology to deliver regulatory compliance solutions to financial firms in the UK and Europe needs an experienced Sales Manager to join their London based team. Their low cost products are designed to counter the trend of expensive and complicated to implement regulatory solutions prone to failure at the go-live stage.

The role

  • Individual contributor role with potential to evolve into management over time
  • This role combines business development with front line selling
  • You will assist senior management in defining and targeting new market segments
  • You will own the strategy and be targeting on new sales along with overall revenue generated from your market segment
  • Build out direct sales strategy along with plan for marketing and/or partner/channel sales

Essential Requirements

  • French languages skills - native ideally but business fluency will be considered
  • Experience in financial software sales with proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment specifically MiFID II
  • Understanding of the financial markets / capital markets including the various asset classes
  • Willingness to travel (typically around 20%)
