Role: Contractor - HR BAs
 

1. BA Compensation / Beqom (1x) - capacity required to review core HCM compensation processes and to support requirements identification and determination on fit for purpose Beqom solution for DWS

2. BA Workday Core HCM (1x) (including Org set up, Change Job, ESS), TA, CWR, MSP CT FRF, etc. - capacity required to review open design topics and consider impact of implementation of Workday Help and payroll and business processes

3. BA Case Mgmt / Knowledge Mgmt (1x) - analysis capacity required to review existing DB business processes supported by ServiceNow and HR Connect and identify and develop business processes for DWS

4. BA Workforce Planning (1x) - analysis capacity required to review current process, support determination of future state processes including relationship with DB to allow requirements for Workday Adaptive and Prism to be specified 

5. Lead BA, Learning (1x) (including E2E process, Finance interaction, UAT, create Training materials) - analysis capacity required to review existing Learning processes and identify and develop business processes for DWS, including relationship with DB, to allow requirements for Workday Learning to be specified
