- 5+ years of working as a Business Analyst
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholder
- Good knowledge of derivatives trading - specifically IRS ( Interest Rate Swaps )
- Technical knowledge of Calypso or similar OMS systems
