I am partnered with a rapidly growing Financial Technology firm who are looking for a Business Analyst to join a high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally to gather and analyze business requirements
- Work closely with development teams to implement and develop process improvements to improve processes
- Lead the implementation cycle, drive decisions, track and document issues, and assist in managing and meeting tight deadlines while working with cross-functional teams to see projects from concept to completion
- Discuss, manage, document, and design decisions to varied audiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic background
- 2-3 years experience working in a similar role within Financial Services
- A self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Must be open to travel
