Harrington Starr is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning Fintech for cloud base trading solutions for a talented Test Automation Engineer (Java, Selenium, API testing).

Due to excited growth, we’re recruiting a talented Test Automation Engineer to join our clients Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for rigorous and methodical automated testing with Java of the company’s flagship trading applications spanning both desktop and mobile apps.

Job: Test Automation Engineer

Developers create innovative, world leading trading HTML5 applications that are globally deployed to users from the cloud. QA plays a massive role in our client’s success; we go above and beyond your standard manual testing. Our client engineer’s quality into the fabric of their products and automate wherever possible.

To be successful you must have the following skills:

• Solid test automation skills.
• Core Java Programming.
• Writing and maintaining testing frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Knowledge of API testing (including REST) and modern backend architecture.
• Working in an Agile development environment with SCRUM or KANBAN.
• Familiarity with Linux OS environments
• Familiarity with and of OpenFin, JavaScript, SQL, Python would be useful.
