Harrington Starr is currently working with a leading financial institution in their search for an Application Support Manager based in Wimbledon. As the Application Support Manager, you will be managing and working in a hands off capacity driving continuous improvement and automating as many processes as possible.

As the Application Support Manager, you will be working with bleeding edge technology as well as having the chance of sole responsibility for the application department and driving the department forward.

Required skills:

  • You will need to have come from a background working with and heading up an application support department
  • Experience supporting financial applications
  • A background managing teams is essential
  • You will have a technical background around trading technology including UNIX, SQL and Java Applications
  • Understanding of 3rd party applications would be beneficial

This is a great opportunity to join an up and coming financial institution and take ownership of the application support team. They want someone who has reinvigorated an application support team in the past and knows how to drive the team forward.
