Application Support Manager

A prestigious financial software vendor based in the City of London is looking for an Application Support Manager to manage a team of application support analysts and provide first line Business support for an Investment Management Systems. 

As the application support manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Support Analysts, as well as making sure that all queries are responded to and resolved within agreed SLA’s. As the Application Support Manager, you will be involved in project work that relates to the applications and also have responsibility to build and maintain relationships with Business and IT Development teams. You may be required to provide end user training where possible and you will get exposure to the entire front, middle and back office systems and businesses processes.

To be considered for the role of Application Support Manager, experience in the following is essential:

  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting an Order Management System
  • Experience managing application support staff 
  • Solid understanding of Front, Middle and Back office operational processes 
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to work under pressure.
