Application Support Analyst - City of London - FIX Protocol, SQL, Unix, Financial Services - £55,000

A leading global financial institution is looking to hire a talented Application Support Analyst (FIX Protocol, SQL, Unix, Financial Services) to provide quality software support to end users. This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-established firm who are constantly investing in technology.

As an Application Support Analyst (FIX Protocol, SQL, Unix, Financial Services) you will provide first, second and third line application support for front, middle and back office financial applications across the business. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of electronic connectivity.

To be considered for the Application Support Analyst role, you will need to possess the following skills:

• Have a good knowledge of Unix
• Experience in providing front / middle office support
• FIX Protocol knowledge
• Knowledge of the financial market and an understanding of a variety of different asset classes
• Strong SQL skills
• Having an ITIL Certification is desireable
