Application Support Analyst, Toronto, FinTech (Trading Software Company)
Harrington Starr’s client, a small but fast-growing FinTech company that specializes in creating flexible and adaptable financial trading software solutions, is hiring for an Application Support Analyst to join their team in Toronto.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior or Mid-level candidate with excellent problem solving and hands-on learning skills as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships while working in a fast-paced but very down to earth and collaborative start-up environment.
Candidates must have some experience with basic Java, Unix, SQL, Hbase, and Jira.
The role is responsible for supporting clients using the company’s trading software and processing support tickets, managing client relationships, investigating and resolving queries using data analysis or troubleshooting applications and databases, as well as testing new software functionality and assisting with QA processes.
