Application Support Analyst 

I am working with a leading brokerage based in London to find a bright Application Support Analyst to join the Front Office Application Support Team offering global support.

As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for the following:

  • Liaising with global locations to assist with support
  • Working closely and assisting with the development teams to resolve issues
  • Upgrade projects
  • Monitoring all live systems throughout your shift using in-house applications and monitoring tools.
  • Able to work Shift patterns

As an Application Support Analyst you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous Front Office, Electronic Trading Support
  • Have a solid understanding of all Asset Classes
  • Fix Protocol and Client Connectivity
  • Unix administrator skills
  • Customer focused, excellent verbal and written communication
  • SQL
  • Citrix
  • Understanding of Straight Through Process trade flows
