Job Description:

Account Manager – Interest Rate Swap Account Manager, selling risk and execution management solutions for the full trade cycle.

An established global Financial Technology firm which provides online software that offers better ways to execute trades and manager risk are looking for a Sales Executive with experience selling electronic trading platforms software to fin-tech firms.

Our client sells trading platforms, risk tools and expertise that enables their clients to execute efficiently and optimize resources throughout the transaction lifecycle. Their platforms and solutions robustly integrate with their clients’ legacy systems and underpin the entire trade lifecycle, pre, during and post execution. The company is global and expanding, and main agenda is customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Required Skills:

-5+ years of experience in sales, broking, account management, or business management in the USD IRS or related fixed income market.

-Proven track record of transactional sales, ideally within the Swaps environment.

-Full understanding of short-medium term sales cycles selling Financial Services software.

-Excellent presentation, business writing, analytical and oral communication skills.

-May require acquiring state or federal licensure (Series 7).

-College/University degree required, MBA preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

-The IRS Sales Account Manager will be responsible for sales of new services, products and professional services relating to Swaps. Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

-Achieve/exceed sales quotas through the expansion and growth of business relationships (market share) with new clients using a process-driven approach.

-First line of contact for swaps-oriented questions including areas such as product features, trader setup, technical onboarding, and any questions around swaps trading on BrokerTec.

-Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to further the client’s knowledge of the software and solve/prevent any queries.
