The company is a leading Fintech firm, who has experienced massive growth and looking to bring a talented sales/account manager on board, to manage accounts and upsell to their existing client base, and assist in acquiring new business.
-1-2 years’ experience in an Account Management position within the financial technology (data) industry. Familiarity using the Salesforce CRM.
-Strong interpersonal, account management, and sales skills. Confident speaking with C-Suite employees.
-Exp. upselling, cross selling, and renewal within a structured book of business.
-Strong organization, time management, and customer facing skills to grow the client base and drive revenues.
-Excellent presentation, business writing, analytical and oral communication skills to C-Suite executives.
-College/University degree required, MBA preferred.
-Must manage a large book of business (50+ accounts). You’ll be responsible for all aspects of relationship management within a defined territory of customers.
-Candidates must actively upsell and grow revenue with existing clients, this includes being out of office and client facing!
-Hit monthly revenue targets and yearly quotas.
-Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to further the client’s knowledge of the software and solve/prevent any queries.
