We are delighted to be partnering with a Post-Series B PropTech company who are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their fast-growing venture-backed start-up team. The position requires an East Coast location, and the ideal candidate will have:
2+ years work experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or other account management roles.
Activity and results driven with a history of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability and achieving sales goals
A Bachelor’s degree
The successful candidate will be the first Account Management hire and will be responsible for leading renewal and account expansion conversations within their current customer base. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success as a thought and strategy partner to keep our client on the cutting edge of customer success organization structure, as well as upsell and renewal processes and best practices.
