2nd Line Support - City of London - IT app, Office 365, Skype, Troubleshooting, Microsoft, Apple

A well-established financial MSP is looking for a 2nd Line Support (IT app, Office 365, Skype, Troubleshooting, Microsoft, Apple) guru with specific Apple and Microsoft support experience. This role sits in central London, with easy commuting access. You will be expected to provide face to face customer service, excellent communication skills and attack day to day with a problem solving mind set.

As a 2nd line support engineer you will support deployment of Microsoft Surface Pro devices, and work with implementation of tools such as Office 365, InTune, Skype for business and various other new additions to workplace tool integration. You will be working in a 2nd line Support role, previous experience troubleshooting face to face, understanding workplace technologies prior to delivery, understanding track and monitoring of work, logging success and client satisfaction is key.
