1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst / IT Support Analyst – City of London – Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware - £34,000

A leading Investment Management firm based in the City of London is currently looking for expand its Support Team by hiring a talented 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst. In this role you will be resolving any IT Support issues that may arise as well as working on projects to meet my client’s needs.

Daily responsibilities will include: handling calls in a timely manner and escalating where necessary. Involvement in project work such as roll-outs, upgrades and migrations and completing regular and clear documentation.

To be considered for this role you will require the following skill-set:
