We asked Rian why she chose to join Harrington Starr?

And what’s one piece of advice you would give to firms currently recruiting?
“Customer service is a big thing. People want to feel at ease when finding a job- they also don’t want to feel they are talking to a robot. You need to look at the people you’re hiring and ask, do they embody the core values that make your firm so distinctly unique and scalable?”
What would you say to candidates currently looking for their next role?
“Resilience is key. Being able to come back every day with a fresh mindset and know you will ace it today is a big thing.”
