Charlie joined the Harrington Starr team after a period of travelling with no prior experience in recruitment and sits within our IT support and infrastructure team. Already, he is working with all seniority levels from entry, to mid, to C-suite and is thriving. Charlie naturally became interested in recruitment and connecting with quality people in the industry to help provide them with quality careers.
We asked Charlie why he chose recruitment:
“One reason I chose recruitment was due to the axiom of getting out what you put in. This has always been a motto I like to follow and I believe recruitment follows the same mantra. On top of this, the rewards of progression, the renumeration prospects and the sense of achievement when helping people with their career journey are some other reasons I chose recruitment.”
