Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex IT solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technology strategies.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture principles.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to support business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and software development.
- Proficiency in designing scalable and secure IT systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solution delivery.
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
