A leading financial services firm is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of a team while remaining hands-on with C# and .NET development. You’ll be delivering high-performance applications in an Azure environment, with exposure to Kubernetes and Python as secondary skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with development.
Architect and develop scalable backend systems in C# and .NET.
Work with Azure cloud services to deploy and manage applications.
Support Kubernetes containerization and optimize cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements:
Strong experience as a Lead Engineer, managing and mentoring teams.
Expert in C# and .NET, with commercial Azure cloud experience.
Some experience with Kubernetes and Python is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
