IT Service Management Lead - £90,000 - £100,000
We are currently working with a leading Global Bank based in the City of London who are looking for a new IT Service Management Lead to join the team. The role in question will be crucial for the EMEA Technology function within the company and will require a person with strong experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent ITSM experience (preferably within financial based companies).
- Strong understanding of ITIL process.
- Excellent communication skills both Verbal and written.
- Project Management experience.
- Record if ITSM Process design and management.
- Proficient with ServiceNow.
