Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Es6 & Esnext), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with any state management library (e.g. Zustand, Redux).
- Ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies and frameworks quickly.
- Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, ECS, Postgres
- Commercial programming experience in python or .net for backend development
- Familiar with Object Oriented Programming
- Knowledge of relational and / or non-relational (NoSQL) databases (we use Postgres)
- Experience of message queues (we use Kafka)
- A pragmatic and practical approach to solving business problems
- Exposure to test driven development and integration testing
- Experience working with development team tools (e.g. continuous integration systems and version control systems (we use Git))
- Desire to work on cutting edge and scalable solutions.
