Business Analyst / Project Manager – Financial Services

This role is for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager who can take full ownership of multiple projects across asset management, treasury, and financial reporting. You’ll be working in a small but dynamic team, delivering system implementations, regulatory changes, data solutions, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements.
Lead on multiple projects, managing the full lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Oversee system changes, data migrations, and process enhancements.
Collaborate with development teams in London and overseas to implement workflow and system improvements.
Manage project risks, documentation, and governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
Support PMO functions, including vendor management and budget oversight.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in Project Management.
Strong financial services background, ideally within Asset Management, Treasury, Fixed Income, or Equities.
Experience managing business-critical applications and delivering technical projects.
Ability to work independently, juggling multiple projects with competing priorities.
Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and risk assessment skills.
Experience with programme management and PMO administration is a plus.
