As Head of Client Success, you’ll own the client journey from go-live to renewal, turning clients into long-term ambassadors. Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Support Ops, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth for top-tier asset managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a high-performing Client Success team.
- Oversee onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Manage KPIs like renewal rates, churn, upsell, and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate senior client relationships and communicate insights to leadership.
- Work with Product and Engineering to prioritize client feedback.
- Develop tailored client strategies for asset managers, private equity, hedge funds, and family offices.
- Collaborate on client education, training, and brand-building initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years’ experience in SaaS/fintech client success.
- Experience building out CS organizations
- Proven success managing senior asset management clients.
- Skilled in scaling teams and operational tools.
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of fund operations or asset management.
