The noise around The Cost of Living Crisis is immense. It’s in every newspaper. It dominates the headlines. It’s a focus of electoral campaigns, of parliamentary debates.
But our ability to talk about our financial stresses in the day-to-day continues to carry a stigma.
There is more we can all do to change the narrative. We can create safe spaces to talk about money, to minimise the impact the cost of living crisis is having on our mental health.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are advocating for change. The headlines aren’t a distant story, they’re the reality for many.
Dedicate time this week to learn how you can better support your colleagues, employees, friends and family. And walk the talk for change this week, and beyond.
