Joining Nadia on this episode of The DEI Discussions is Julie Chakraverty, Founder of Rungway.
Julie discusses her impressive journey leading up to Founding Rungway; in 2006 she was named in Management Today’s ‘Top 35 Women Under 35’; and she was recognised in The Times newspaper as the youngest female director of a FTSE-100 company, aged 41.
Rungway is a communication platform where employees and leadership can have open, honest and inclusive conversations. It gives a chance for a more diverse range of voices and topics to be brought to the fore, whether in person or anonymously.
Julie and Nadia hone in on what more can be done in FinTech concerning health, especially women’s health, and what it will take to end the stigma surrounding such conversations.
Thank you Julie for joining us on The DEI Discussions!
