We are delighted to share that Nadia Edwards-Dashti, Harrington Starr's Chief Customer Officer, is the recipient of The Positive Troublemaker Award at the European Women Payments Network Awards 2022!
The award recognises the incredible work Nadia has been doing to elevate the importance of DE&I across the financial services industry, walking the talk for change day-in, day-out. From her inaugural book, to the podcasts, The 19% List, and authentic industry engagement, Nadia has truly redefined what impact means, and shown how we can all play a role in impacting positive change.
The European Women Payments Network provides a brilliant platform to celebrate the work of people like Nadia; and also acts as a place where ideas can be exchanged and translated into multi-organisational action. The Awards were hosted amidst their 2022 conference, seeing women and allies from a plethora of industries celebrate success, and set the tone for 2023.
Nadia also spoke at the Conference, sharing her thoughts on the talent experience, and the mindset shift needed to be accommodate a diverse range of talent.
