On this episode of The Recruitment Round-Up, Nadia and Rob address the increasing uncertainty affecting not only our industry, but that which is having a global impact.
With a recession now on the horizon, many people are jumping to panic stations and trying to predict the sometimes unpredictable. But Nadia and Rob unpack exactly what a recession means for financial services, reflecting on previous experiences and grounding our understanding of whats to come.
Given this, the pair remind us how important it is to not be derailed and continue to practice excellence, not allowing yourself to be swayed and pursue quick wins. This echoes the ethos of Harrington Starr and Nadia and Rob reveal the practices and mindsets that will see the team through the latter part of this year.
And we are reminded to be optimistic. To continue to recognise the wins, but not allowing ourselves to become too overwhelmed by the challenges. On this, we celebrate our Starr's of the Week: Hari Sopal and Carl Charlston (with special shoutouts to Charlie Todd, Con Lam and Brad Alstrom)!
