It's been an exciting week for Harrington Starr as we released our highly-anticipated magazine, The Financial Technologist, on Monday. Named "FinTech Pathways", we wanted to equip our readers with the knowledge and ideas of other financial technologists through insightful surveys and articles from pioneers in the space.
This is our most extensive survey yet and provides an eye-opening snapshot of people's mindset within the Financial Technology sector. Rob specifically discussed our "Making a Career Move" data within the magazine.
It's evident that one's salary is crucial in their decision to stay or move to a new job, but our data also reveals what candidates value most outside of that; culture. Toby and Rob dive into what a high-performing culture looks like and how it can be overlooked. Toby states, "we have to urge caution and responsibility to both hiring managers and candidates."
Finally, Toby and Rob share their Starrs of the week (well-done Charlie and Suzy!), their lessons of the week and what they found most exciting.
