Another month and another assortment of awards for The Harrington Starr Group. Welcomed, once more, to Café de Paris in London’s Leicester Square, the Harrington Starr Team headed back to the site of their record four awards in 2018.
After a slightly more flammable start to the evening than was perhaps intended, the awards began with the Best In-House Training and Development Award and HS were up for their first award of the night. This represented a huge coup for the business and vindication for two years hard work re-designing and re-engineering their extensive training manual into a multi-faceted programme designed for all learning styles.
Shortly after, we were up again as we were awarded Best Employer Brand, capping off another great year of climbing towards the top 1% of the industry and becoming a household name across the financial services technology landscape.
A highly commended in the Best Candidate Attraction Through Social Media category proved to be the cherry on another very successful outing and The Group celebrated accordingly by heading down to Flatiron Square for the brand-new War Child initiative.
A great day out had by all and looking forward to next year already.
